I'm a foreigner.
I don't get a vote and I'm not the ones who keep reelecting the PAP.
I'm here because I applied for a job that was based here (which had been open for a while), I got it, and I moved here.
So is the SDP's solution to turn around and kick me out once they get in power?
Screw this. I'm not the problem.

Boo SDP. Shame on you for trying to score some political brownie points by fomenting an 'us-vs-them' on may levels, especially the xenophobic stance against foreigners.
To be sure, there are many issues of too much government control in Singapore. But the people keep voting the same govt in, and therefore there must be aspects of governance the citizens approve of. Everyone is aware of the govt control on media, public housing etc. But by harping on these isn't creating 'awareness'. People already know, and thy obviously approve - on some levels.
