Boss forces employees to strip
In a major sexual harassment case, the CEO of a taxi company in central Sweden has asked his telephonists to strip off for a Christmas card.
The cards were sent out to everyone in the company via e-mail.
Recipients of the cards were challenged to match up pictures of the semi-naked women - wearing G-strings and leaning over a desk - with the correct colleagues in the telephone operator's department, reports top Swedish English daily, The Local.
It was a multiple choice brain-teaser, as the CEO put it.
"You don't think it could be true. It was not even funny," one female employee, whose identity could not be revealed, told local newspaper Nerikes Allehanda.
The manager is said to have issued a formal apology for the card, but Patrik Kihlberg of the transport workers union confirmed that its investigation of the incident and the executive's past conduct is an "ongoing matter".
The firm's chairperson confirmed to Nerikes Allehanda that the CEO has lost the confidence of the board and implied that his days in charge may be numbered.
