Bomoh’s private spell too much for woman

A WOMAN claimed she was told to hold a bomoh’s genitals in order to transfer zikir to get rid of santau (a bad spell cast by someone) at a spa in Taman Melawati on Dec 30.
Harian Metro reported that the 24-year-old woman had accompanied a friend to the spa for a body massage.
An employee had told her that someone had cast a spell on her and she should get treatment from a bomoh.
The woman was introduced to a bomoh who told her to shower with lime water to get rid of bad luck.
After the bath, she was asked to go to a room alone.
In the room, she was asked to take off her clothes and cover herself in flour. After the ritual, she got dressed but the bomoh suddenly hugged her and asked her to hold his private parts.
However, she refused and ran out of the room. After paying RM700 for the treatment, the woman and her friend left. She lodged a police report in Ampang last Tuesday.
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Abd Jalil Hassan confirmed the report.
