I just happened to watch the Blogtv episode a while ago and I have to just comment on what Mr Flying Dutchman said "Singaporean are damned picky about jobs."

I don't think it is nice to use "damned" on national tv unless his vocabulary is so limited.

Also since Mr FD is a singapore citizen then I think it is about time that he change it to Flying Singaporean!

It is like saying all Americans are assholes and all Dutchmen are pussies.

He will only make an ass of himself by saying such general statements.

I agree with FD. Singaporean are very picky
1. Pay and post
2. Location
3. Working time mostly don't want shift work
4. Working environment must have aircon

I agree with u that picky can be one of the word to use but not "damned" lah and some more on Channel 5 leh.
