why not market USA subprime property as time share scam with USA govt giving PR status to participants.

in one day , the subprime problem is solved and all govt in the world would immediately improve as they fear losing half their population to the uSA ( in particular Sg as the entire NS slaves in SAF run away to USA with subprime PR status. )
