To quote a very oft used phrase: "...everyone must do their part...", Jacob should have done his part , listened to the police and not get back into the car. He was asking for it.

well from what I can see. That's the problem with these vids. They tell a narrow view of a story. We can't see inside the car, but the public will take it as truth that he was shot with no provocation. Once they see it that's the conclusion that will rapidly follow.
