Mohammed Abad, 44, lost his genitals in a childhood accident when he was dragged 600 yards under a car after falling into the road.
He was fitted with a £70,000 state-of-the-art bionic penis last year and finally lost his virginity to a sex worker.
Since then, Mohammed has turned down much younger women as his family try to pair him off.
He recently went back home to Pakistan where his parents were keen to set up an arranged marriage.

However, they were talking about 19 and 20-year-olds – whereas Mohammed would prefer a divorcee with kids.
An operation to extract his sperm failed last July so he is now desperate for children.
Doctors took a specimen from his remaining testicle but discovered it was not viable.
He said he would be content with “anybody that just accepts me for the way I am”.

“I’ve got somebody that I usually go and see, just a shoulder to cry on. But I wouldn’t class it as a date”

Mohammed also revealed that he hasn’t slept with anyone since and is still desperate to find the right partner.
He told Daily Star Online: “I’ve been looking, I’m on the prowl as they would say. I went on Tinder but I never managed to keep up to date with my profile.
“I was off work for two years during the operation and I just got the impression that I was getting bad feedback from everyone.
“I managed to get myself a job and i just keep focused on that. I work seven days a week with a half day on Thursday as a manager in a shop.
