Brand new dining table set comes with cracks and scratches
STOMPer unhappy consumer's brand new dining table set, bought from a furniture store in IMM, was delivered with cracks and scratches.
This STOMPer says:
"We recently bought a dining table set from Red Apple Interior Furniture Pte Ltd (IMM L3-46) in early Aug 09.
"We were told that the table will arrive on 15 Sep 09.
"However it was only delivered on 26 Sep 09, with several dates promised in between.
"The dining table set just arrived today. It turned up with dust all over (doesn't look brand new (just made) and shipped over to Singapore on Monday as what was being told to us).
"The 'brand new' table was also damaged with unremovable scratches on its surface, cracked base, botches on the paintjob at the foot of the legs.
"Out of the 4 dining chairs delivered, 2 of them were not the ones we ordered."
