I was double-charged at Courts road show, yet still no response from them
STOMPer Josephine says she was double-charged when she went to a Courts roadshow at the Singapore Expo on August 21, yet she has not received a response from Courts about the error.
She says:
"I went to courts Road show at the Expo to buy an external hard disk and thumb drive using my credit card.
"To my dismay, I was charged double when I received my statement.
"I emailed at least twice to Courts but no respond was given.
"I received an automated email reply saying that they would get back to me by Monday, but it's Friday and I'm still waiting for a response from them.
"How can such a reputable company provide such a slow and lousy service?"
