A Ez-Link Card conversion counter just beside the Bus No. 23

A China mei-mei operating at the counter will make excuse that your old card got GIRO and refuse to change for you. and will ask you to go to the MRT station counter to change.

After that, She will ignore you and read her book.

After I have check with the main counter at MRT station, there is no such thing the EZ-link card with GIRO.

This China mei mei simply LAZY.

Can the contractor that hire her, please send her back !! (can it be LTA ??)

Obviously that PRC staff wasn't very helpful to customer and never told customer the info about GIRO, bad attitude of work.

This person does not even know that GIRO cards exist, very likely not to be really using one. It could be an observation made from other customer being turned away at the counter.

By As far as I know, My EZ-link card without.

And why China mei-mei insist that I have GIRO ??

Life is short man, almost everyday we encounter bad customer service everywhere and from workers of all nationalities. Do not be easily stress by such small matters. There are other bigger issues in life.
