Looks like Toh Yi, near Upper Bukit Timah Road.

I remember there were many more shophouses along this stretch of road in the early-mid 1980s, some of them were demolished later to build those hipster apartments and offices you see today.

No, not my place. Yes that's Bukit Timah area. I find the view very un-Sinkapore. It just looks like a small town in mudland.
