A scenic area in Luoyang in central China's Henan province has made headlines after four women wearing bikini tops offered to allow visitors to scribble on their bodies in attempt to protect the site from vandalism — their actions are believed to be a protest against recent reports of Chinese tourists defacing artifacts both domestically and overseas. Dressed in black shorts and high heels, the four women asked tourists to sign their names on the bare parts of their bodies before they were ushered away by the site's security.
