另外，六福指出，如願意接受公司安排至年底的同仁，公司會額外發給年終表達感謝，自11月起將陸續於內部推出感恩員工系列活動，感謝夥伴們的付出，包含員工餐加碼六福皇宮五星餐廳經典菜色幫員工加菜、設置感謝牆、擴大舉辦員工大會等，感謝同仁與六福皇宮共創的南京商圈地標光榮歷史。
六福強調．未能獲得合適職務再安排的同仁，依法給付資遣費，如同仁已符合退休資格，屬舊制年資，也會依法給付退休金，並協助轉介延續工作、日後優先再聘用，對於願意與六福皇宮堅持到最後一刻的同仁，公司會發給同仁年終，發放基數將視今年度營運狀況定之。
