六福強調.未能獲得合適職務再安排的同仁,依法給付資遣費,如同仁已符合退休資格,屬舊制年資,也會依法給付退休金,並協助轉介延續工作、日後優先再聘用,對於願意與六福皇宮堅持到最後一刻的同仁,公司會發給同仁年終,發放基數將視今年度營運狀況定之。
