</TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=2><HR></TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=2>I know serveral PRs bought HDB few years ago. When 2009 recession, they got retrenched, they went back home and rent out their whole HDB. Their HDB rent is enough to feed him and his family back home.
HDB is for the citizens and the PRs are exploiting this loop hole. This is another reason why HDB resale is hitting the roof</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
