This vermin deserves another mention.

He knows his Master's Mummy may not make it after 2008.

If his Master's Mummy goes, the wealth of the Imperial Family will be revealed via the Estate Tax.

So he get rids of it saying peasantpore need to attract more rich people and ridding the estate tax is a good move.
