Loaded gun, drugs seized by NSW cops

Police have seized a fully-loaded semi-automatic pistol and drugs during a raid on the NSW south coast.
Detectives executed a warrant on a home in Catalina just before 8pm (AEST) on Friday and discovered the pistol with a silencer and ammunition, 72 ecstasy tablets, a small quantity of cannabis and amphetamines and suspected stolen fishing gear worth $11,000, police said.
A 29-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, both from Catalina, were arrested and refused bail.
They were due to appear at Batemans Bay Bail Court on Saturday.
