ICA really sleeping. That why wanted person like Ah Toh and Mas Selamat escape.
Family already report missing person. If she go thru with/without passport ICA should have block her and call her family.
This will be very serious issue and ICA should look into it. Wanted person can slip thru ICA/custom to easily.
But lucky there is few good human sent her back/buy her bus ticket to Singapore and guide her thru ICA safely back to Singapore.
But this person I guess should be Malaysian who buy her bus ticket and ask bus driver to assist/take care her. If someone ferry her back should already sent her back home/police station/tell ICA at custom.
