Air-con not working so bus passengers have to roast in the heat

STOMPer magic7 was irritated that the SMRT air-con bus he was travelling on had a malfunctioning air-con, resulting in a painfully warm hour-long journey for all passengers. He thinks more checks should be implemented.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I was travelling on Bus 61 TIBS 734Z and the bus was very stuffy because the air-conditioner had broken down.

"We are paying for air-con service when there is none.

"This is not the first time something like this has happened

"SMRT should check their buses is in good condition before deploying them.

"Imagine riding on a bus for an hour feeling like you're in an oven.

"I hope SMRT can look into this, so we commuters get what we're paying for!"
