<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I REFER to the Forum Online letter by Mr Tan Shao Ken, 'New ez-link card is less convenient and still poses problems' (July 29).
In December last year, SMRT Taxis launched the ez-link mode of payment as a value-added service to bring greater convenience to our passengers. The readers installed in our taxis accept Cepas-compliant ez-link cards, except concession and Giro-linked cards.
We would like to conduct a thorough investigation regarding the driver's behaviour, and would appreciate it if Mr Tan could contact SMRT Taxis' customer service hotline on 6555-8888 to provide details, such as the vehicle number and time of incident.
