</TR><!-- headline one : end --><!-- show image if available --></TBODY></TABLE>

<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WISH to highlight a problem of not enough bus services during morning peak periods to cater for passengers travelling from bus stop 14141, VivoCity, to PSA building, NOL Building and Alexandra Point.
The recent conversion of a technical institute into temporary office blocks opposite the PSA Building has led to an increase in the population of workers in this area. Every workday morning, there is a very large crowd at the bus stop waiting for buses. Most of the time, the waiting time can be as long as 15 to 25 minutes. If you are lucky to board a bus, it would be crowded and overloaded.
It is about time that either SBS Transit or SMRT introduced a loop service, with a frequency of not more than 10 minutes, from VivoCity to Alexandra Point. This loop service will help ease the crowd coming out from the Harbourfront MRT station for onward connection to offices in the Alexandra Road area.
