'I know from listening to the debate in Parliament that they've made a contribution. They add something different, not just colour but substance and different perspectives, ideas and requests...We will work very hard to have more women candidates the next time round.
'Therefore I hope the Women's Wing will keep up its good work and continue to support women to take an interest in politics.'
