I lived there for 1 year. I know.
Sure, their stations are crowded, but train intervals are shorter - every 3 or 4 minutes.
Their bus network is fantastic. They have bus and small vans.
They have buses running through the night.
Best of all is the taxi service. Easy to get a taxi anytime and any where. No stupid surcharges unless you cross the tunnel.
It is so competitive that you can get discount if you call for one by telephone.
