the young and the naive will buy the snake oil.
that is why citizen like me born in the 70s would have to start the ball rolling for my children.

I been fucked by PAP when I am young and still carry their flag back than, but I would wish to risk my benefit (miserable CPF money by the time I am 55) and risk my children's future so that both old and new generation would have a chance to break the circle or circuit.

My children will be continue to suffer what I have suffered in my young days.

1) I do NS but those Philippine, vietnam, PRC and india that come into Singapore to compete with me on position with salary ranging between usd-1500-to-usd-4500. the PAP told me that they want foreign talent whom Singapore ITE / Poly / university not able to provide (that was back in 80s/90s)
but today, we still have in flood of foreigner (I wouldn't agree they are foreign talent as true talent will not want to come to take up job below usd-4500). if our ITE/POLY/Uni grad not able to fill up the usd1500 to usd4500 jobs than I verywell send my child to india for study.

2) the minister salary go many fold over the years. when the economic is bad, the minister want Singaporean to accept pay cut, but they continue to take high salary pay and to a time when their pay is highest in the world, higher than US president.

3) the MP say that Singaporean birth rate is low and need PR to fill-in the numbers. but when all these PR still holding their birth country's citizenship and passport, these PR enjoy similar resources and benefit as per true blue local born Singaporean. most of these PR end up leaving Singapore to better places or back to their original country to retire. the MP do not wish to face the facts and still continue to invite foreigner to become PR ....especially from country with lower income or loving standard than Singapore. These MP willing to gives the resources to PR rather than to provide more attractive package to Singaporean to encourage more new birth.

there are mores....it is time I have to act to state my rejection to have such MPs not willing to care for the Singapore citizen and pay themselves high salary no matter what state of the economic.
Say no to MPs not willing to serve Singaporean.
