All these while, I was under the impression that foreigners and
Singaporeans were treated equally. Little did I realise that foreign
imports had been exempted from being issued with CWOs for littering.
Only from next month will they be included. Or am I wrong?

From next month, higher-skilled foreigners working here and holding
the employment pass and the S Pass could be issued corrective work
order (CWO) notices if they are caught littering for the first time.
The rule will apply only to serious littering offences involving
larger items like tissue paper, bottles and cans, the National
Environment Agency (NEA) told The Sunday Times.
