If not, why is the Familee allowing them to roam freely in Peesai? To spy on their own running dogs like clintonxxx, cassyyy, divzzz?

This reminder comes from a member of the public, who saw this beggar monk approaching people for cash donations.
And it seems after a brief hiatus, these monks are back.
Chen Zhewei spotted this man at Block 134, Geylang East Avenue 2, and said:
"The alms bowl is for food and not for money; one of the vows of a theravada monk is not to handle money.
"Please do not encourage these foreigners who pretend to be monks."
He is right.
At the peak of this problem last year, STOMP checked with the Singapore Buddhist Federation, which also gave the same advice
