Are Electric Bikes legal in Spore?

Was watching CNBC when they featured an electric Motor Cycle selling for under US$12,000. This is one serious looking bike not the electric bicycles you see currently available in Spore. Take a look:

Looks good & you can charge it at any electrical outlet, top speed of 60mph, range 40miles & charging time of 4 hours.

If the MRT situation gets worse, might consider buying one :smile:
