Police are looking for the woman shown in the picture to assist with investigations of theft.
The cases of theft from pushcart stalls were reported at Hougang Mall on Jan 27 this year.
The woman is believed to be in her 30s, is of fair complexion and has black shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a blue top with shorts.
Anyone with information on the woman is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
