Appeal for information on snatch theft case

SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for information on three male subjects to assist in a snatch theft case that occurred at Jurong East Avenue 1 on Aug 7, at around 7pm.
The three male subjects shown in the following pictures are described to be in their twenties with fair complexion and slim built physiques. They were seen riding bicycles.
One of the subjects has distinctive piercings on one of his eyelids and the corner of his lip. He was wearing a long-sleeve dark coloured shirt and blue denim three-quarter jeans.
