Appeal for information on molest case

Police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigation into a case of outrage of modesty reported on an MRT train between Yishun and Khatib Stations on September 18 2013 at about 7am.
The man is believed to be in his 20s or 30s, with short hair and tanned complexion. He was seen wearing a yellow polo t-shirt and carrying a sling bag.
