I don't understand the rationale behind a $8,000 salary requirement that this woman wants. That's the salary of a Senior Manger in private sector or a Senior Assistant Director or Deputy Director in the public sector. Most PMEs will either never reach this amount and if they do, are likely going to be quite old in their 40s and above.
People who can reach this level in their careers early are high achievers who are not going to lack choices, why would they bother with a 39 year old female of average intellect, looks and a baggage of sickly parents?
As for the refund, the agency did no wrong. She stated her requirements and except for the first pairing which was screwed up by an ex-employee, the rest met her stated requirements, just that it didn't work out. The agency met their end of the bargain and are naturally entitled to continue her package, I don't see what has washing hands during a telecall or her date sharing ice-cream got anything to do with the agency.
