PRCs are uncultured and they often show their sense of insecurity through through boorish acts such us this, talking loudly and always trying to get their own way. They have a bit of money only and act like big shot, often bullying their own people (esp. those in lower income group).

Stupid acts like this are common in China and often the staff/waitress etc dare not/could not stop such acts.
