The headline reads "20,000 brave floods for walk". This is clearly a misleading headline. Where is the flood today?

20,000 brave floods for walk
By Andrea Ong
MORE than 20,000 people braved overcast skies early Sunday morning to take part in The New Paper Big Walk, held for the first time at the Marina Bay area.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong flagged off participants at 7.30am from the Formula One pit centre outside the Singapore Flyer.
In keeping with what has become a tradition at the Big Walk, some participants came in costumes. Among the notable ones this year were costumes depicting the Flyer's wheel and the 'durian spikes' of the Esplanade theatres.
The 4-km scenic route took participants along parts of the the track used when the Formula One night race is held here, the Benjamin Sheares and the Helix bridges, and ended at the Marina Bay waterfront promenade area - which Mr Lee declared open yesterday.
At the promenade, participants enjoyed attractions at the Big Carnival, organised by SPH MediaBoxOffice. The Urban Redevelopment Authority, which co-organised of the Big Walk, was the presenting sponsor of the carnival.
The carnival, which started on Saturday, was expected to draw a total of 80,000 people when it ended Sunday. On Saturday night, around 5,000 people gathered for a free outdoor screening of the movie, Avatar.
