Oh well, maybe it's cheaper for them to hire Malaysians/PRCs

On the other hand, look at the bright side, by saying "Only Malaysians and PRCs need apply", they are saving Singaporeans the time and effort to send the application, also on postage costs, envelope/paper costs, photographs etc.

Perhaps Singaporeans should thank these companies and demand that companies that tend to hire cheap ie, they hire malaysians/PRC should print "Only Malaysians and PRCs need apply" in their job ad to save Singaporeans time and money
