<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WISH to express my sincere appreciation to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for the excellent service I received last Friday.
From the time I entered the ICA building, it took only 20 minutes for me to receive my long-term visit pass. The speed, efficiency and assistance shown by the ICA staff are unbelievable for someone like me, who is used to waiting for years to obtain a simple ration card from the government agency in my country, India. I found the ICA staff not only efficient, but also courteous.
Singapore is not just a First World country, it is more than that. Hats off to Singapore. Kuttekote Sivadoss
