Mata searched home office of Dr Huang and discovered cash over $10 million. Dr Huang helps corrupted ex-president Chen Shui Bian to launder $$$$$ in Singapore. He is now arrested and disallowed to travel.

Besides the cash over $10 million which was stashed away in a paper box (fruit packaging) the mata also seized documentary evidence against Dr. Huang.

特偵組調查扁家弊案，懷疑新光醫院副院長黃芳彥提供個人帳戶，協助扁家「搬現金」，還幫扁珍將龐大資金洗錢至新加坡等國藏匿，日前搜索其住處與辦公室，發現一千餘萬元現金，其中在他辦公室內，用一只水果紙箱藏放了四、五百萬元現鈔。疑與洗錢案有關，已予查扣，並對他發布境管，一旦他回國立即傳喚到案說明。


另扁珍親家黃百祿，特偵組懷疑他疑似協助扁家將部分企業匯款藏匿於國內，供女婿陳致中、女兒黃睿靚等人豪奢消費。特偵組近日會再度約談黃百祿說明。


黃芳彥在新加坡設有帳戶，特偵組懷疑他除了替扁珍海外洗錢外，由於有證人在二次金改、企業匯款案中，指證黃曾幫扁珍居間向企業主傳話，因此特偵組日前搜索黃芳彥辦公室及銀行保險箱。


特偵組是在十二月上旬，掌握黃芳彥及黃睿靚父親黃百祿涉協助扁家洗錢情資，由於時值扁案第一波偵結起訴，直到十二月十五日才聲請搜索票，經調閱入出境資料發現，黃芳彥早在十一月三日就出境。


特偵組礙於偵辦行動箭在弦上，翌日仍按原訂計畫，兵分多路到黃芳彥在台北住所、新光醫院辦公室、銀行保管室及黃百祿台中住處、彰化老家等地搜索，查扣了一批重要證物。
據了解，特偵組搜索黃芳彥辦公室及銀行保險箱時，共發現一千多萬元現金，其中黃芳彥在他辦公室內，用一只水果紙箱藏放了四、五百萬元現鈔。


雖然黃芳彥一再宣稱家中有錢，但將數百萬元現鈔不放在銀行生利息，卻直接藏放在他醫院副院長辦公室內，顯與常情不符。


而且在黃芳彥辦公室附近就有金融機構，因此將數百萬現金藏在自己辦公室內，相當可疑，這筆錢可能根本不是黃芳彥的錢，所以不敢擅自處分，特偵組已依法先行查扣，如證明為不法所得，將繳回國庫。

You forgot to mention that the $10 Million is in Taiwan $ and also that Du Liping, a friend of Wu Shu Zhen, is alledged to have brought money to her in fruit cartons as well.

When the words 境管 was used, I read it as 出境管制。 Meaning forbidden to travel.

Ah Bian can argue for defense that these are political funds aka 政治献金, but I am fully aware that the huge sums of these were Legalized Extortion indeed. Now the main charges are for money laundering, which is how they had hidden these transactions from being noticed within the banking system. When some one in so high position and power, to hide so much funds secretively that is something very wrong and unacceptable.

Well, then set your eyes back on famiLEE LEEgime's GIC and Temasek. The entire operation covered by Official Secret Act which is literally a LEEgalized Money Laundering in entirety and in the whole time. Shouldn't the culprits be punished even more severely?

He main objective is to satisfy his own Ah Beng Ego, hoping to get unfounded and unjustified respect from some (bigger) fools.

The world in future is going to be very corrupted if Old Dog Thief Lee Kuan Yew is not STOPPED & PUNISHED to demonstrate his guilt to the entire world. His punishment must be severe in order to educate those greedy corrupts who try to become LEEgalized Thieves like him.

I personally see Old Dog Thief LKy as an asset because there is no better example to utilize other then him to set an example for re-education of similar bastards. Suharto & Marcos could had been used for this purpose, but too late, they are dead.

I under stand that Bian salary is S$200,000 per year,and his political donation came to 700 million NT-about S$35 million,so what?to people with perspectiv,this is reallty chicken feed.

Corrupted Bian is no more,he spends the rest of his life in prison,so whay do we want to bother with such small stuff,when our doing nothing president is drawing legally S$4 million a year,40 million for 10 yeras and set to enjoy the rest of his his life to the fullest?
