STOMPer Zac was shocked upon learning that the annoying alarm ringing sound that he have been hearing every morning actually came from a neighbour's rooster.
In an email to STOMP today (Nov 23), the STOMPer says:
“These pictures were taken at Choa Chu Kang Crescent, Block 673A.
“There has been an annoying alarm ringing sound from around 5am onwards to about 7-8am everyday.
“This constant noise is a nuisance to the residents in the neighbourhood. Even when the window is closed, you will be frightened by the loudness of the noise.
“At first, we thought it was just some inconsiderate neighbours who left the alarm ringing non-stop. After searching the block, we realised that the sound came from a rooster kept on the ground floor.
“It was imprisoned in a small cage, and covered by a wooden plank and some cloth.”
