Appeal for information on case of snatch theft

Police are looking for the man shown in the picture above to assist with investigations for a case of snatch theft.
The crime was committed between the link-way bridge of 'Key Point' and 'The Concourse' along Beach Road on April 24 this year.
The man of medium-build is believed to be in his late 30s to early 40s.
He was last seen attired in a light-coloured short-sleeve polo T-Shirt with a collar and a black coloured T-shirt underneath. He was seen wearing light-coloured pants cut near the shins and had on a pair of black and red sneakers.
