STOMPer CK says that a foreigner was arrested for allegedly scratching his car at IMM. The scratch was seen on both sides of the car and measured almost two metres long each.
Says this STOMPer:
"This expatriate in his mid-40s scratched my car on both sides on May 24.
"He has been arrested by the Police.
"Vandalism cases are reported frequently today - it is time that the 'Michael Fay' sentence be repeated.
"The relevant authority should review this case vigorously and I can't wait to see a 4 in 1 sentence later. CANE, JAIL, FINE and DEPORT."
