Surely, such drivers, some of whom do this even after 8pm, cannot be doing so to save their car's battery. Could it be that they feel the roads are so well lit that they don't need to put on their own lights? Might they be driving under the mistaken assumption that the lights are on?
Whatever the reason, it is a deplorable trend that we can well do without.

only last night, i spotted one car in front of me without turn on the lights (head lights and tail lights) so i high beam to the driver. later while i stopped at traffic light parallel next to her, she showed me her middle finger!!!!!

I believe that it is only the minority or just a handful. Some probably forgot to switch on. Most of the time, when I drive in the evening or night, most or majority switched on their head lights.

No country, or society is perfect. Is he saying that ALL angmohs behaved well? Angmohs in S'pore like to complain a lot, thanks to the govt. Tell them to F@%K off if they are unhappy in Singapore. They should go to China or Malaysia & try driving there. Perhaps after those experience, they will appreciate S'pore more.

Somebody is fiddling with her 'knobs' while she was driving, and strumming a tune...you have to disturb that, symphony in ecstasy?...tsk tsk tsk..
