Enunch Speaker of Procedural Parliament Mickal Por-lam-par is leading a delegation of 13 well paid Peasants' Representative to the 33rd Basket Case ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) in Lombok, Indoland.
At the Talk Fest, which is being held from 16 to 22 September, the fat cats will discuss latest advancements in statecraft theories to rule their peasants.
The Office of the Clerk of Procedural Parliament said on Monday that these include mainly suppressing of civil society in basket case ASEAN Community Building.
They will also focus on ensuring despots maintain their grip on political power.
The delegates will also hold dialogue meetings with parliamentarians from observer countries - to showcase how statecraft can be used to maximise profits for political elite in an Internet era.
