　　当地时间4月14日凌晨4时左右，美军联合英国、法国开始对叙利亚发动空袭。我的耳边响起此起彼伏的爆炸声。以前，叙利亚首都大马士革经常遭受来自盘踞在东郊反对派的迫击炮袭击，那种炮袭的声音比较单一。而14日凌晨的这场袭击，听上去连续性非常强。

　　7日，有媒体报道在大马士革东郊出现了所谓的“化学武器袭击”，一段显示平民受到疑似“化武袭击”后出现窒息、口吐白沫等症状的视频开始在网络上流传。此后，传闻便一直发酵。但真相究竟如何，尚无定论。9日，美国总统特朗普称，不排除用军事行动作出回应。

　　据记者观察，在特朗普做出“精准打击”的表态后，叙利亚局势，尤其大马士革的整体状况看上去还是比较平静的，因为“化武袭击”的传闻也不是第一次出现了，以往每当叙政府军在战场上取得优势，这种传闻就会出现，久而久之，大家对类似传闻也就不在意了。但这次由于美国方面做出了表态，叙利亚方面也做出了相应部署。12日和13日，大马士革市内能看见政府军调动了大量装甲车和导弹拦截设备。

　　本报记者的住处位于大马士革市中心主干道马扎大道北侧，视野比较开阔。事发后，记者观察到，至少有3处起火点，大量的警车、救护车也在市内穿梭救援。

I based on undisputed known facts that I gathered myself, which I originally did not want to share:

1. There is no surprise for this attack vs the previous one a year back, that Russians and Syrians are well prepared, as Ang Mohs were already openly announcing intentions.
2. Russian & Chinese news already even marked the location of NATO ships within thousands of km from Syria (cruise missile max range) and published online. Meaning Bio the Ang Mohs already.
3. Putin already said Russia will take action if Syria got hit, won't sit back.
4. This attack yesterday is about 2X the previous year's which was 59 Tomahawks, now 103 mainly Tomahawks with JASSM + French & British ammos mixed.
5. At one stage Cypress was reporting that Syria ran out of interceptors meaning this (claimed) 103 missiles may have saturated the interception system capacity. It can be typical 3 interceptors launched at one incoming missile (if against CBM even higher ratio because expected to be nuke)
6. The last time Russia proved that only 23 out of 59 Tomahawks reach the Syrian airbase. Take this as the base rate of interception.
7. 2 months ago the previous attempt was using a few dozen light drones mostly shot down outside airbase, but about 2 Russian jets inside airbase damaged.
8. Few weeks ago using Israeli F-16s to whack Syria, also more than half intercepted. F-35 they dare not use any more, 2 were damaged, 1 beyond repair, shot by old S-200 guided by Chinese anti-stealth radar.
9. From the aboves, roughly can see few dozens had been intercepted and interception was at well prepared high alert. But at last state the interceptor reloading may be unable to catch up by saturated missiles.
10. The Pentagon showed some pics claiming that they targeted only 3 targets and all 3 got hit. I suspect they had 8-10 target only managed to hit 3.
11. Later I will not be surprised if OPCW inspectors says they found no chemical devices nor traces of chemical at the 3 bombed sites. Because Ang Moh full of shits, just like claiming Saddam full of WMD Chemical Weapons and got none in the end.
12. I think that 3 sites hit are just some totally unrelated and unprotected storage sites and civilian research center - outside the missile protection zones.

　　美英法联军对叙利亚发起了一场规模不小的攻击行动，而且可以说是空海联动发射了一大波巡航导弹。美国总统特朗普已经很高兴地宣布“攻击行动圆满完成”，但是美国军方这次却史无前例地表现出了“严格保密”的态势。美国几大司令部的官方网站都看法了统一的通稿，里面既没有写联军发射了多少导弹，也没有写是谁发射的，更没有说行动的打击效果。

　　目前关于打击的消息，一部分来自英法美的部分公开内容，另一大部分的内容则源于受害者的叙利亚和俄罗斯驻叙作战部队。按照叙利亚的说法，联军发射了110-120枚导弹，而按照俄罗斯的说法，联军发射了103枚，而按照美国自己的说法推测，发射的导弹数量则为105枚，整体上算是大差不差。

　　不过有关导弹的命中情况，美国那边的表态虽然很自信，但是却是相当模糊。美国国防部声称，每一个目标都遭到了打击，没有导弹遭到拦截，只是表示叙利亚方面对空中发射了40枚导弹，并且全部都掉在地上了。虽然美国人这个描述绘声绘色，但是考虑他们并没有实际派飞机进入叙利亚上空，这个数字确实给人感觉不深靠谱。

　　至于俄罗斯和叙利亚方面的说法，这个情况就有点大跌眼镜了：按照俄军的说法，叙利亚军队成功拦截了103枚导弹中的71枚，不管怎么样，都已经是发射导弹总数的一半以上了。

　　按照随后俄武装力量总参作战总局局长谢尔盖·鲁茨科伊公布的明细，其中一部分导弹的攻击目标和被拦截情况如下：4枚袭击杜瓦利机场，全被击落；12枚打杜美尔机场，全被击落；18枚袭击布雷机场，全被击落；12枚袭击沙伊拉特机场，全被击落；9枚袭击未使用的梅泽机场，5枚被击落；16枚袭击霍姆斯机场，13枚被击落。

　　以上这些加起来，总共有64枚导弹被拦截，而攻击这几个地点的导弹总数则是71枚，占据了发射导弹的大多数了。说实话，如果俄军所言不是吹牛，那这个打击效果之难看，放在昭和日本的话，北约方面可能需要找人切腹谢罪了。

　　而俄罗斯给出的信息如果为真，同时又说明了另一件事情，那就是美军的主要打击对象就是叙利亚的多个机场，而绝大多数多数成功的拦截，也就是在机场附近取得的。

　　叙军可能取得这么高命中率么？咱们还是从北约发射的几款导弹来说起。

　　由于是海空联合行动，而且是美英法联合行动，所以参加行动的武器就有好几款。咱们一款一款说。

　　美军发射的主要是两款导弹，海军的“宙斯盾”舰上发射的必然是“战斧”。这玩意儿没什么说的，改了那么多年基本风貌没什么变化，圆头圆脑俩翅膀，时速900公里，高度一般定在30-50米，隐身设计基本属于没有认真搞，这次发射中数量上应该算大头，可能有60枚左右；

　　空军的B-1B携带的则是JASSM或者JASSM-ER，考虑两种导弹都已经服役了，因此美军公开之前说究竟是哪个还真不好说。这种东西一架B-1B能带24枚，按照103枚的状态的话，大约能有24枚发射，作为一种做了一定隐身设计的巡航导弹，JASSM系列理论上不容易被雷达探测到，但是考虑这货要飞很远，其飞行弹道反而是在比较容易被发现的中空。
