This ang moh fella called Peter Rouse seems to be quite a big expert in the fitness field and has a lot of knowledge on fitness and body health. Trust me fitness is more than just knowing what weights to carry etc, u need to know on nutrition etc. This ang moh fella apparently knows a lot and ppl here respected him although he acted a bit xia lan. Yet he decided to cheat others and most likely flew back to LA.

He also has an SPG gf or wife apparently.

Personal trainers help you target the right muscles. E.g. the last thing ladies would want are biceps.

Engaging a personal trainer is a face-to-face thing. Even buying kettle balls and such should be a face to face thing. Until there's certification that allows one to sell kettle balls online, I don't think you should pay thousands of bucks for a bunch of weightlifting manuals and kettle balls, and a personal trainer who doesn't show up.

And besides you may be able to get kettle balls and medicine balls if you can find a certifiable local S'porean company who has a real mortar address, as well as a real website. If they have, it means they can deliver it to you. I don't know if Aibi sells kettle balls though.
