中国向伊拉克伸出援手：每天10万桶石油换重建

"我们属于亚洲，我们希望成为亚洲崛起的一部分。"伊拉克总理9月底访华时在北京如此说道。伊拉克战争结束已经16年了，这个中东国家仍然一蹶不振。在很大程度上，这些困难源于萨达姆政权的垮台，以及美国出兵干预之后又撤军带来的混乱。在此背景下，伊拉克总理阿卜杜勒-迈赫迪上月访华，希望与中国扩大合作关系。很快，中国伸出援手，与伊拉克达成“石油换重建”项目。
