The owners can expect to receive between S$4.3 million and S$8.3 million from the enbloc sale, said Tan Hong Boon, regional director at JLL. The property consultancy was the sole marketing agent on the sale.

At $1515 psf ppr plus building cost of at least $400 psf plus holding cost, developer needs to sell at minimum $2500 psf.

Am not complaining.

If the news about macik buying $20 million house is true, then higher odds that local property doing u-turn.

What can we dafts hope for? Hope she took a huge bank loan and loses her job soon and suffer the plight of our PMETs.

Hmm... that 20 Fifth Avenue apparently belongs to a Mr Khoo according to SMRT Feedback

those semi-circular balconies are truly iconic when they first came up. best for drone delivery today. the design is ahead of its time.

i just checked streetview. That photo is not No.20 Fifth Avenue. The houses on that stretch of the road at odd-numbered.

The minute details are not that important.
The question is DID PUKIMAH BUY A MULTI MILLION PROPERTY IN ANTICIPATION OF HER APPOINTMENT?

A simple Yes or No would suffice.
If Yes then begs the next question why all the Hdb wayang that followed?
