AM:PM Cafe channels a prepensely abstemious aesthetic: white-wash interiors, concrete screed flooring, cracker-barrel quartz countertop - save for 'em kenspeckle ceiling-mounted swings immediately greeting when you mosey through the front door. Kickstarted in December 2020 while COVID-19 was in the thick of prostrating mankind with a vengeance, its middle-aged founders Angie and Ricky wanted to realize their desideratum of allowing impecunious elderlies enjoy choicest desserts at reduced cost. Fast forward almost 4 years, this little ice cream fiefdom fringing Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 has since become quite the stomping ground for many vicinal Cheng San residents both young and old.
AM:PM Cafe opens from 11.45am-10.30pm Sundays to Thursdays, 11.45am-12am Fridays to Saturdays. Classic/premium soft serve flavours cost $4.50/$5.50 per swirl cupwise, alternatively one may also cone up (add $1) or double down on an egglet base (add $5.50). All that aside, folks who are simultaneously theists will no doubt be inveigled as well by miscellaneous bohemian-sounding brews furnished in-house: vineyard peach, earl grey blue flower, Eight Secrets tea among others.
