At least if Alternative parties have lost the battle next GE, they have done their job forewarning the voters .

Upgrading flats and progress package are short term measures that the PAP can give to Singaporeans. Foreign trash is also a short term measure for the aging population and keeping the economy running. We have to move up the value chain and focus on new niches like green energy and creative media. Forcing large numbers of foreign trash to integrate into our country within a short time is going to irk Singaporeans.
