Mr Pang is admirable. Wish more Singaporeans and the foreign trash are like him! But while his act is laudable, he also tends to spoil his neighbours. See, when he was away for 6 mths, the place turned into a big rubbish dump. Maybe even the paid cleaners must have disappeared all the while.
