　　[环球网综合报道]据台湾“东森新闻云”3月15日报道，新加坡第8频道于日前贴出“我的导游是明星”（My Star Guide）节目预告片中，出现将台当局的“青天白日满地红旗”覆盖在中国地图上的背景画面，引发网友讨论。目前第8频道已经将此图片删除，预告片背景只见一片空白画面。

　　报道称，新加坡第8频道节目“我的导游是明星”属于综艺节目，明星导游会带观众吃遍全球各地美食，不论是知名高档餐厅，还是路边小吃摊，都有机会在此节目中曝光。最新一集“我的导游是明星”拍摄地点选在台湾宜兰和台东，除了拍摄台东热气球嘉年华外，还有伯朗大道、神木园、宜兰噶玛兰酒厂和许多台湾特色小吃。

　　但mothership网站揭露，这支33秒的节目预告片中，出现了将中华民国国旗覆盖在中国大陆地图上的背景画面，引起议论。事后该节目已撤换该支预告片，原本被台当局旗帜覆盖的画面已变成“一片空白”，并且向中国驻新加坡大使馆和“驻新加坡台北代表处”道歉。

There's two issues here.

Apologize to China, PRC for using the flag on the right map (including taiwan)
Apologize to Taiwanese Separatists, for using the Taiwan ROC Flag on the wrong map (Separatists don't include mainland China)

I believe this map was just taken from image gallery online. It shows how relax the work in Medicorp is. The graphic concerned is an exact ideology of Taiwan Kuomintang (KMT) which still hold the constitution of an union with China, under the KMT ROC Flag.

Singapore broadcaster Mediacorp was forced to apologize after making a major on-screen blunder that might have ruffled some serious diplomatic feathers.

In a promo clip for the latest episode of Channel 8’s My Star Guide series, actress Felicia Chin invites viewers on a trip to Taitung and Yilan in Taiwan organized by travel agency Chan Brothers Travel. Unfortunately, one of the graphics shown behind Chin was a Taiwanese flag superimposed on a map of mainland China. Oof.

This, in case you weren’t aware, is not okay. Taiwan considers itself an independent, fully self-governing state, but China considers Taiwan a breakaway province and wants the country to officially return under its rule. Recently, things have been getting even testier between the two countries — Beijing could be considering forcible methods to seize the island of Taiwan.

That’s why Mediacorp’s little error in graphics production might have caused bigger ramifications than easily believed. According to the South China Morning Post, the slip-up was picked up by two mainland websites — both nationalist portals that censored the image of the Taiwanese flag.

“We have sincerely apologized to the embassy of the People’s Republic of China and the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore,” said Mediacorp in response to its blunder.


On its Facebook page, Chan Brothers Travel has since replaced the trailer with an edited one that doesn’t include any graphic of the Taiwanese flag.

《我的導遊是明星》（My Star Guide）是由知名藝人帶路，前往世界各國旅遊，尋訪美食，收視率亮眼。該節目在最新預告中，主持人的背景出現中國地圖，而上面竟然壓上是中華民國國旗，顯然又犯了「中華人民共和國」和「中華民國」傻傻分不清楚的錯。
眼尖網友看到後，立刻在這節目的臉書專頁上留言：「最好檢查一下你們的預告，把台灣國旗放在中國地圖上？」
另有網友留言說：「我想是因為他們（節目人員）不想把台灣劃為中國的一部分吧。」

　　[观察者网 综合报道]“地图不完整”这个坑，很多企业和媒体都掉进去过，但最近这个翻车的，却不是因为不完整……

　　新加坡网络媒体Mothership在14日报道，在新加坡“8频道”（Channel 8）旅游节目《我的导游是明星》（My Star Guide）最新一期预告片中，主持人背后的中国地图竟是包含外蒙古的“中华民国全图”，且覆盖着“青天白日满地红旗”，引发海内外网民议论。

　　有网民发现后，在脸书粉丝专页留言质疑，要小编检查一下预告片：“把‘台湾旗’放在中国地图上？”还有网民回应称：“他们大概不想陷入将台湾从中国分离的争议中吧。”

这个解释，是怎样清奇的一个脑回路？
　　如此诡异的错误也是少见，台媒也将此称为“最狂出包（出错）。”

　　发现错误后，该节目立刻把预告片从脸书下架。节目的制作单位新加坡新传媒（MediaCorp）14日对媒体Mothership表示公开道歉：“预告片中的地图在制作上出现了错误。我们诚挚地向中国大使馆和‘台湾驻新加坡代表处’表示道歉。”

　　据了解，该集节目内容原本是要介绍台湾地区的旅游，但后期制作的中国地图和国旗却都错了。

　　据介绍，新传媒是新加坡的媒体集团，由政府部门演变成为名义上的商业机构，但唯一股东仍然是新加坡政府所操控的淡马锡控股公司（Temasek Holdings）。新传媒同时为新加坡唯一免费电视经营者，也同时涉足电影制作和报纸媒体。

　　播出该节目的“8频道”是一个24小时播放新闻与娱乐节目的华语频道，也是新加坡最受欢迎的本土华语频道。

　　虽然预告片立即撤下来了，但岛内亲绿媒体还是嗨了一把。

　　台媒将焦点放在“青天白日满地红旗”上，却都没点出地图的错误，而是直接把这张地图写成“中国大陆地图”。

　　就算现在不用了，历史常识总该有吧。（再说句不该说的，就算没有/装作没有历史常识，台湾岛还在上面呢，“独派”媒体们，就这么缴械了？蓝营媒体们，不捍卫“正统”了？）

　　“中华民国全图”，是依民国时期认定的中国固有疆域而绘制，因形似秋海棠，常被称为“秋海棠地图”。

　　在民进党执政前，国民党当局不承认外蒙古独立，是属于中国的特殊行政区，所以也列在版图上。

　　至于疆域的四极，大略是东至东经135度4分、黑龙江与乌苏里江汇流处的黑瞎子岛；西至帕米尔高原、东经71度喷赤河；北到北纬53度57分的外蒙古、萨彦岭脊；南至北纬4度南沙群岛的曾母暗沙。

　　但陈水扁上台后，为强调台湾“本土性”，废除了“中华民国全图”，取而代之的是“台湾地图”，疆域大幅缩水三百多倍，过去许多打着“中华民国全图”招牌的地图，如今更只能看见以类似番薯造型的台湾为主体，不再包含大陆在内。

　　新媒的一个错误，又牵出台媒的无知。虽然两岸历史复杂纠葛，要国外媒体和企业彻底搞懂也有点勉为其难，但标准地图早就给了，再犯错说不过去吧。

新加坡旅遊節目《我的導遊是明星》最新節目預告竟中華民國國旗覆蓋在中國領土上！該節目發現後緊急將預告片從臉書下架，並且向中華人民共和國駐華大使館和台北駐新加坡代表處道歉。



《我的導遊是明星》由藝人作為導遊，帶領觀眾前往世界各國旅遊。而最新一集將由新傳媒藝人陳風玲在5月帶領大家至台東、宜蘭遊玩，體驗熱氣球升空、伯朗大道美景及品嘗特色小吃。



不過礙於兩岸敏感爭議，製作單位將預告片背景放上中國地圖，卻被眼尖的網友發現中國領土竟被中華民國國旗覆蓋著，趕緊提醒「最好檢查一下你們的預告」。



該節目發現失誤後向媒體發布聲明，表示使用的圖片在製作過程中發生錯誤，誠摯地向中華人民共和國駐華大使館和台北駐新加坡代表處道歉。



這起烏龍事件也讓PTT鄉民瘋狂討論，有人打趣的說：「大驚小怪，字幕再加上1912-1949年不就好了」、「反攻成功啦！三民主義統一中國！」「完全符合一個中國的原則」。



也有人不解：「竟然還跟我們道歉」、「跟駐新加坡代表處道歉啥?這對中華民國來說哪有錯。」



目前該預告片已撤換成新的，引起爭議的部分變成「一片白」。（農委會不介入吳音寧適用問題）
