what he says seems logical, not fair for those taxpayer.
But to me as a taxpayer,
1) i rather the money goes back to the people then going into someone's bank account or failure investments.
2) the company is making record profits, so it is just making less, don't understand where is the subsidize part. unless he is saying taxpayers' money is used as subsidy so that the company can maintain record profits. Err... I thought this is a public transport? why the need of record profits at the expense of the people?
3) if any subsidy is from the people, then how come they are always claiming credits and achievement as if they are giving out their money?
