Africans the future of local FTs?

Called HP to replace one of my Server system board last week. They usually send down either a local guy or a Filipino. This time round it was an African Black guy. Are PRCs and Indians getting too expensive? Is the trend to go with FT Africans these days?

Agree. Race or religious not important. Is a job if he do it better/par with local why not.
Job is job.
If in service line do he have the attitute and knowledge in IT. If yes! What is Singaporean really want? Do they want some Ah Beng know nothing to come down and cannot solve the problem?
Customer want is problem solve ASAP and cost effective. Not to create problem,

Well I'm pretty sure I didn't complain about his service level in my first post. Maybe I didn't make myself clear.

I was asking if Companies are starting to hire Africans > PRC or Indians coz they are cheaper.
